  • Excellent support app for Pathfinder

The app is absolutely perfect for any player or GM. I can quickly make a character during an impromptu game, instantly look up a spell, feat, supernatural ability, etc when I need it, grab a monster to throw at the players when they inevitably go in a new direction. The app has an index of all spells organized alphabetically or by class and level which is worth the price alone. It has an index of feats too, and the indexes include data from all the books you have purchased in the app. Even though I own all the books, I use this app at the table every session. I really can't express how much easier this had made looking up info during a game. 5/5 must buy for sure.

  • Only rules app you need

I use this all the time, it's great for quick rules questions, planing encounters on the go, and those pesky summoned monsters. It is updated with new content very quickly and is much easier that carting around your library or flipping through PDFs. Buy it now.
  • Indespensible

This app is fantastic! Everything I need to play Pathfinder at an incredible price and no books to carry. In app purchases for APG, DMG, 3 Beastiaries, Ultimate Combat, Ultimate Magic, NPC Codex, Advanced Race Guide, and Ultimate Equipment bring total cost for 10 books from over $400 to under $20. Search works great, especially if you know the layout of the hardcover versions. Linked references, bookmarks, and shortcuts at the top of each entry make info finding even easier.

  • Perfect for players and GMs

This app is great. It has absolutely every book you need to play or GM pathfinder. It may be a bit pricey to buy all the addons, but compared to buying the books, it's trivial. This will quickly end all the rules arguments and allow you to spend less time searching for valuable information. No complaints.

  • Decent, bad search mechanism

For turning the core books into almost impossible to search HTML pages with bad formatting, it gets 5 stars. There is an app out there that has a proper search engine. I won't be using this until the search is usable. Also if you use it on iPad and switch the type of the search, it comes back in a different language I don't understand. Dev hasn't fixed it for at least 6 months

  • Best APP for anyone that plays Pathfinder.

This is the best app for anyone playing Pathfinder. All the info is at your fingertips. You can look things up and add bookmarks before game night. The only books that come with the APP is the Core Rule Book and the 1st Beastiary. But you can download all the other books for $.99. So worth it!
  • Perfect Gamer/DM Companion

The app is wonderful! As a gamer and a dm it's not always easy to travel with all your books, especially when you are as tiny as I am! I use this all the time. I love bookmarking throughout the books when I am creating an in depth character.

I hope to see the new race guide and the ultimate equipment on here soon. Plus the NPC codex is coming out next month, too. Pictures would also be kinda neat.

Other than those tiny details, the app is perfect. =D

  • Just needs new book

Excellent app but missing the advanced race book. The PFR app makes life so much easier but id love to see a master list of all the classes and arch types instead of individual books, but keep both available. I would recommend an area that would function as all the information so you dont have to go back and forth.

  • Loving it!

Love this app. Hoping to see the rest of the books very soon. My gaming revolves around this app. Way more useful than lugging my physical books around, and easier of course. No more page flipping for ten minutes looking for a rule, feat, or piece of equipment's stats. Also want to know when we will see the newer books? Complete Races, Ultimate Equipment, etc.

  • Helpful reference!

I especially like the spell and feat indexes, which allow you to look though the main book plus all of the additional references you have purchased at once. Personally, I find the D20 roll to be a bit of a distraction, having triggered it by accident numerous times. A way to disable it would not be unwelcome, on my end at least.
