Every time I connect reader to app, I receive an error message and notification that reader has a firmware update; this means for every transaction I have to force close app and restart to be able to run a transaction. Firmware update from within the app crashes the app. Telephone tech support tells me that there’s no issue and it must be user error. Worthless app, worthless processor, if my business succeeds it won’t be due to EPN. I’m small fry so they don’t care, one day that will change and I’m going to enjoy saying no to the sales person who grovels to try and keep my account.Show lessitsallticketyboo
App and reader interface
Overall very poor app interface is terrible, clunky, cumbersome and hard to navigate cannot back out of certain screens without restarting the application. So far the card reader will not connect or update support is non existent opened a ‘support ticket’ weeks ago and zero response. I suggest going elsewhere for your credit card processing needs.Show lessFan of Tool..s :)

App crashes when authorized.
The app is crashing after the signature. No way to confirm if the transaction went through.ygghjhhhfffghji
App crashes at the authorization number screen .
Have the device through my employer . At the authorization screen the app shuts down every time and forces me to contact my office to get the authorization number for my customer and help would be greatly appreciated . I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app . Outside of that I’m stumped .Timrd2282

I absolutely love this app. don’t understand how there’s bad reviews? they definitely just have no idea how to use it. I love how basic and self-explanatory it is, and if I ever need help, I just call their tech support line. it’s super easy because they never have a hold time, and they answer any questions I have. I also love how I only have to connect the swiper once, and not each time I use it. highly recommend it! it’s so much more affordable than squareShow lessdjohnsong8004

These people will actually talk to you on the phone and go out of their way to HELP you and actually call you back. That is the part that matters most to me. Trust me iv been f—-ked over by the square people they will never even speak to you your below them as far as they are concerned but not these people.
