Not tipping option for iOS devices
No tipping feature on iOS devices... for chipped card transactions. They need to update it.. app crashes a lotCorner beauty
This app is NOT user friendly
This is the least user friendly credit card app I have ever used. Non-intuitive and has no instructions. No instructions, just back and forth arrows that mean different things depending on what screen you are on. First thing you do is activate an account. It display the activated account and then just sits there until you figure out the next step. No NEXT or SWIPE buttons to tell you what to do next. And if you get a call or have to move the app to the background, it clears all your data. The author of this app should be fired, twice. The weird thing is their online terminal is very well made.Show lessiliiinieis
One major problem with this app!
When in this app to process a credit card, if you double click the home button on an IPad or IPhone it automatically clears everything you’ve entered. This is simply not expectable. It’s taking me an hour to process 10 cards because I have to use both my iPhone and ipad and enter info in manually rather than switching over to contacts or notes to copy info and paste it into the process. I’m giving 1 star until this is fixed and I’ll make sure many others do also.Show lessBig CC User
Can't even get it set up. Crashes
After multiple installs and trying to get it set up, it just keeps crashing. They are ending support for ePN Mobile Phone (which works great) and shoving a broken app on us. Awesome. Time to change processors?BryansBunker

Love this but could use some updates ASAP
I have been using the Epn mobile app for over a year and a half now in my mobile store. It worked SO well until the recent iOS 6 update. Since then it freezes if I don't keep the screen on (active/lit up). If my phone does lock, I'm forced to quit and restart the program, which adds an awkward time lapse while I'm trying to quickly check a customer out. Many customers first think there is something wrong with their card, until I assure them it's just a fault in the app. I wouldn't even be writing this review if I wasn't trying to relay the urgency and severity of the issue to the developers. This glitch is a serious problem for retailers- PLEASE can you fix it ASAP since its now been over a month and a half since iOS 6 came out?
Also, because so many vendors are using Square (which I will never switch to because of the insane 2.75% rate) and shopping at the Apple store, customers have become trained to asked for an email receipt. I noticed on the online terminal you can do it. Will this ever be an option on ePn mobile? I hope so because it would really take it to awesome app level- 5 stars!Show lessMobile store owner
Great app just needs an update.
After using the app it seems to work great. It does however stop working sometimes till I turn off the app completely and restart. The app also needs to have more clarity on the zoom function. It's a bit blurry in my IPad. My last recomendation would be to make the app rotate to the landscape view. This would allow me to turn the app for signatures as well as turn my IPad into a POS system for my store.
Regarding the billing: My bill is awesome it's close to 20 basis points over cost. Where the square is a set rate (takes advantage of people with 2.75%) across the board. There are over 700 rates depending on the card you take. Some as low as .0005. So if people are not liking there bill it's the processor not the app.
I will look for the updates but continue to use this app daily in my retail store.
