Complete waste of money
Nothing works-error codes-wires got spun around in wheel - I replaced the front tire (97.00) new wires and connection and same error code comes up. Can’t ride it. No help, no customer service-I am pretty sure they are out of business

When I changed the speed it did not work and would reset it to 19 mph
Good app
I liked the app but when i want to adjust the speed on it and make it faster it doesn’t work? I set it at a speed and click yes, but nothing changes.
Advanced settings
I would like you to please fix the advanced settings in the app. It will not let me increase max speed . Whenever I try to it will put it back to default. Good app though.
I’m so upset
I can’t ride my scooter I locked it because I was going back into my house but know it’s stuck in park and won’t work
