Good app
I liked the app but when i want to adjust the speed on it and make it faster it doesn’t work? I set it at a speed and click yes, but nothing changes.
Advanced settings
I would like you to please fix the advanced settings in the app. It will not let me increase max speed . Whenever I try to it will put it back to default. Good app though.

I can’t ride my scooter I locked it because I was going back into my house but know it’s stuck in park and won’t work
False advertisement
This app is horrible! Nothing works in it. It has a mind of its own. You can’t change the speed as it states. You should really fix that.

I use this for my electric scooter and it more than meets my expectations! It is a perfect app for anyone with an electric scooter, and unlocks features I didn’t even know were possible

Won’t connect to the app. Guess they are only using TUYA app now.
Critical issue
Did everything as the manual suggested, completed the assembly, turned on the scooter, connected it to the app. Verified that it worked, and a couple days later the app won’t find the scooter through Bluetooth.

Boot mode
My scooter will not go from zero start anymore. You have to push off, which, is frankly, quite frustrating. If I wanted to kick my scooter I wouldn’t have gotten an electric one.
Locked out of my scooter
Used the app the lock my scooter, walked away, came back, and now I can’t connect to bluetooth anymore, meaning I can’t unlock or use the scooter.
Just a little confusion.
I got my scooter and was playing with the app that goes with it, and in the manual I was told I could use the Advanced Settings to increase the maximum speed to 31km/hr instead of the default of 25km/hr. It’s not a big difference but it was something I would have liked to do. However, whenever I go about trying this, the software resets the speed value to default whenever I try to change it at all. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice when settings that are advertised actually work.

Power off
Needs a power off button, my scooter won’t turn off so having an app button is helpful
Do NOT change password.
If you change the password you’ll never get back into the app. I was fine for a few weeks and then I went to use the app again and it will not let you access the app. Even if you delete and reinstall.
