  • Works great!

    Running on 5s in the current version, even over VPN, the login is quick and the changes equally so!

    This is a life saver for me, I'm the only IT in a 50 employee company which runs 6 days 60 hours a week but IT only runs 5 days 40 hours a week. Many times I'm in inconvenient locations to remote in to unlock a user, this is a life saver with that respect!

  • Problem when running in iOS 7

    App used to work pretty good but under iOS 7 but now it takes it about 3 mins for the app to log in into the domain controller. Please fix
  • Slow login with iOS 7

    I have been using this app for months and I find it very helpful for unlocking users, no matter where I happen to be located. It allows me to get quick information, update AD info, and gives me a quick search for locked out users to easily unlock or change their password.
    The only issue I have had is that now it takes a minute to login to my domain controller after updating to iOS 7. Fix this and it is a five star app!

  • Great App! Greater support!

    Short and simple, I had an issue being no fault of the app. I reached out to support and my small problem was almost immediately rectified. I encourage ANYONE who's using this app and experiencing any sort of issue to NOT give this product a bad review, but instead, contact support; their customer service support is unparalleled.

  • A MUST HAVE for any Support Professional

    If you support a Windows Active Directory desk side then you need to PURCHASE THESE! This application has saved me a ton of time. I now can support my users without having to make phone calls or drag my laptop out. I read the reviews before purchasing, but have not experienced any crashes in the month that I have been using it.

    Also, the developer responds quickly to questions/suggestions. That is not always the case, so it makes using this application a pleasure.

    Awesome app. Works fine in iOS6. Works great over VPN and easy to manage multiple domains.
  • Unusable

    This app is now completely unusable since iOS 6 launched, even though I did not update to the new iOS. Ot makes no sense. Waste of money, now...
  • Very Cool

    It amazes me how something so simple can be so helpful. Last weekend I had a user call and found he was locked out of his AD account. With this app, It's as simple as connecting to our VPN with my iPhone and touching the unlock button. Heh. Very nice.
  • A must have for any IT team

    This product has saved my team countless times and doesn't require that your on call person be tied to a computer.

    The updates the team have brought in this latest version are great. If you have anything to do with AD in your organization, buy this app.
  • Great App for Admins and remote support

    AD Help desk is a welcome addition to any administrators toolbox. It simplifies management by allowing and admin to remotely access AD and make required changes. The functions all work well (search, add, delete, modify, lock/unlock and password resets, etc.) and the searches are quick and efficient even in an evironment with hundreds of thosands of objects. I would put this in the must have category for any support team.
