Just the ticket!

I really love the AD help desk app for iPad. As I work on computer tickets I'm always having end-users coming up to me with account issues. Now I can quickly fix their issues without having to remotly accessing a computer running ADUC. The new group membership upgrade is awesome too. I use this tool to help with Active Directory changes in an enterprise network of about 40,000+ user objects and 14,000+ computer objects.

Works as advertised!

Easy to set up and works as advertised. I'm giving it 5 stars because it does what it does well.

I would like to see it do more in future updates. Most pressing, would be multiple domains with configurations saved for each one.

Great Tool for Educational Environment

This is great tool for college IT staff. We are currently using ADHelpdesk to troubleshoot student logins throughout our network. We have on average 1000 student accounts and about 200 to 300 student on site daily. With little time to go back to the office and fix accounts and verify settings, this tool does the trick. If you need a quick glimpse at attributes or password reset, this is the tool for you. The suppor for this product is also very good, with a quick turn around time.

I got it working

My original review wasnt very good. I tried for days to get it to work, but finally did. This app does exactly what it should, provides basic AD administration, such as diasbling accounts or unlocking them. I apologize for my initial 1 star review and am glad to have been able to change it to 5 stars.

Awesome

This app works perfectly. It's straight forward and very easy to setup. Once I connected to my VPN, I just logged on and it worked. For whoever is having issues to connect you probably need to call your Helpdesk :) cause you're
Probably doing something wrong.

Does what it says

I'm still new to the Microsoft AD world and have only used this briefly at work over a secure wireless net, but it appears to do what it says. I'm sure there is room for improvements and additional features, but I'm happy. Does what it says. Thanks for creating this.

Best tool ever!!

We use this app in an education environment as our solution for administering Macintosh users bound to AD and it has been a great benefit for teachers and maximizing instructional classroom time.

Useful and simple

This lets me do simple AD account management without the need to resort to RDP or VNC sessions. Very nice and worth the money.

Such a time saver

Has saved me having to turn my laptop on so many times while on call. A must for out of hours support when you have users who like to forget their passwords regularly.
