App and online banking available also in the INTERNATIONAL language of English. For a country where they still resist using and speaking the INTERNATIONAL language of English, this is a big plus!
One star minus because big parts are still in German.
Another two stars minus because Commerzbank still discriminates against IBANs from other SEPA countries in violation of the Article 9 of the SEPA regulation.
For example, one CANNOT set up a standing order to an IBAN of another European SEPA country. To do that, you still have to visit a branch!
Guys wake up and evolve! Offer the functionalities other modern banks, such as N26, Revolution, etc. provide.

Horrible horrible app

Can’t do the simplest things on this app. I want to change my card pin. Can’t do it. I then want to log in, but it then forces me to this other PhotoTan app. Doesn’t link correctly with this app and then logs me out for 2 hours. It’s unbelievable that they didn’t invest in a proper user design.

Transfer

Lots of problems
1. Not all screens and tasks possible in English
2. Foreign transfer- fees not clear and told up front
3. Foreign transfer- can’t add notes and so not usable
4. Not all Swift codes accepted

This is worst worst and worst banking app ever! Nothing works properly. Hellooo? Are you still living in 90s? Catch up with the pace of technology a bit!

Not as good as the English banking system.

I am used to transfer of funds between accounts taking seconds not days and with no charge.

Dopest app ever

Transactions never show

The worst banking app I had so far, transactions are not showing up for days sometimes weeks so I never know how much I spent currently and have to take notes- whats the point of the app then? I am thnking of switching to different bank because of this. I never know how much money I truly have on my account and thats really bad. When I went to the branch for help they said they dont know why is this. Great help…

Won‘t increase the 2000€ credit card limit - no reason provided

Using the in-app customer service with multiple re-directions didn’t help increase the unjustified low credit card limit. At some point I‘ve been asked to call the card‘s customer service which wondered why the CS diverted me to them. After re-trying the the in-app support I‘ve been asked why I keep requesting it since they told me it is not possible, which is not true, I‘ve only been forwarded from CS to consultant, then to card‘s own support and then back to CS. I‘ve spend in total more than two hours without being provided with a reason for the rejection.

Highly inconvenient

Always need 2 devices because of photo tan. It’s stupid and most other banks have a far more convenient method of 2 factor authentication
