Almost perfect! Great app!
Great app! Super easy to plug in details and find out your real take home pay. The only thing I would request as an addition is adding Postgraduate Student Loan option too! That takes a significant chunk of my salary because it is separate repayments from the undergraduate Plan 1 and Plan 2 schemes. Great, but growing outdated
I’ve been using this app for years now and it’s always given a good idea of how my wages break down, however as time has passed it’s becoming clunky.
The user interface doesn’t fit the screen and more - newer phones have more space to fill.
Selecting ‘Home’ turns the menu bar at the bottom black for some reason so you can’t see where the buttons are any more.
The latest update hasn’t quite worked; I can’t switch between tax years, both options read ‘22/23’.
Most importantly you cannot include postgraduate loans, only undergrad loans, so it’s never 100% accurate for me.
I still rate this app better than any others out there, but it needs a few tweaks.Show lessox_delirium_xo
Realy good app
But could you please add some option to turn on/off one of the salary? It is good to know how much more could i get but sometimes i want the full amount. So i need to cut/paste remember the amounts…
And i looking for a job so i put in couple numbers. Some by hours some by yearly. Hard to keep all in my mind.
Maybe a tab for the actual and next jobs with name and salary so would be easy to compare with a click.Show lessAsgklfrhnb
Needs some tweaks!
Overall this is a really good easy to use app - I’ve been using it for a few years now. The only downside I find is that you can’t enter any other salary deductions/salary sacrifice options such as payment of AVC’s, payment to the Union, etc. therefore it does not give a true reflection of your net pay. This has been the app I go to first for a quick check for any Salary changes and tax implications etc.
It’s so simple, quick and easy to use and has been really useful for all members of my household whether it’s been a first job or a long established one.

Brilliant
This app is a must have tool for anyone who is considering changing jobs, negotiating a pay rise or just checking that their take home pay is correct.
Salary is often, but not always a motivator for job seekers and this app has proven to be extremely accurate. I have personally used this app for the past 18months or so, and have recommended it to anyone interested in calculating ‘net’ payments.

Most useful salary calculator out there!
Have used this app several times while moving of checking out jobs. It will work out take home (the important bit) for any combination of hours/days worked using just the gross annual salary offered, or work out the monthly take from a £/hr figure.

This is a great app, which is pretty accurate. My only wish is for it to provide more historical options, rather than only the previous year and current year. The data exists, but only two years worth is provided in the app.Fmusnus

Accurate and up to date
This is the most accurate salary calculator I’ve found, taking all pension options, student loan arrangements and all other situations into account. It is simple to use and updated quickly after any government announcements regarding tax, NI or anything that affects take home pay. Excellent app!Challand
