2017 is Long Past
Not able to update to 2018, despite trying to refresh, also tried delete & reinstall. No go, only 2017 info. Bummed, it’s high time to be planning!!

What is the point of an app that doesn't tell you when the festival isn't even open due to weather?
Best. App. Ever!
This app is amazing and lets you find artists / events by date, by time, by artist name, or even by stage. It has all of the food and crafts listed. It has a map. It even has links to artists' pages and social media. You can even listen to WWOZ live from the app. Great job!!!!
Updated, but not so great
At least the info is updated, but the new schedule function is awkward, you cannot search food across all areas, you cannot fav or save the food, and the map is not super helpful (or the good map is hidden and I cannot find it, what difference?).
Heads cut off
What gives???? When I click on a performer in the schedule section it posts a pic of that person from the shoulders and down. I thought it was the photo at first but every single performer has his head cut off.! Its as if Marie LaVoo is haunting jazzfest.... Or is this just on iphone6 and os9.3.1???? Do ipads have same problem?

This is last year's app — 2015. When will it be updated for this year. I'm trying to decide on one of the VIP passes.
What happened ?
The jazzfest app got a facelift but unfortunately it's unreliable now. The app is so buggy & often just freezes. That & favorites don't get saved anymore so each time I open, I have to save them all again. Had no problems w/ the previous app & even preferred it bc artist info & background were included. The update fixed it a bit but not a lot. Better get a paper schedule too, just in case.

Great app to connect with a friend who is traveling from elsewhere to the same festival!
No Sync
App seems the same as previous years. But I can't sync with the schedule I have on the web site. Any chance that will be fixed before Wednesday?
