iOS 7.0 compatibility

1.1112

December 10, 2011

*** NOTE: Not compatible with iOS 7 - a new version of the app for iOS 7 should be available around Dec. 1 *** You can now eMail your scoresheets and reports. You can also print them if you're on iOS 4.2 (or later) and there is an AirPrint compatible printer available to you. Look for email/print under the "Options" button at the top of each scoresheet and the Sum Thing report. Chicago Bridge: you can now choose to use Duplicate scoring instead of the normal Chicago scoring. Create a new Rubber or Chicago scoresheet pre-populated with the current teams and players (use the Options button at the top of the Rubber & Chicago scoresheet screens). New user preference on the iPad to display the scoresheet using a larger font for Rubber and Chicago. The larger font can be useful to let others at your table better see the scoresheet. Rubber Bridge: the "Score Partials" option now gets saved with the scoresheet and the part-game/part-rubber totals are reflected in the Sum Thing report. iOS 5.0 compatibility tweaks. Bug fix - in rare instances, when a bid 'cut off' an "opponents' legs" some of the opponent's part game contracts could disappear from the scoresheet (though they were still in the score) - these now display correctly. Note regarding emailing scoresheets and reports: eMailing works best on devices running iOS versions 4.2 or later. You can email documents using earlier versions, but due to known bugs in Apple's PDF generation features, the resulting documents look slightly different than on the device, and do not support foreign languages as well.

  • Really good app

It keeps score better than I do. it’s very easy to use, almost intuitive if you’ve been keeping score with paper and pencil. I was sold after the first use and haven’t gone back. It even taught me that I’d been scoring penalties (doubles and redoubled) incorrectly. And it looks just like a paper score pad so you’ll be able to read it from the start. If you score bridge, you want this app.

  • Great app!

We use this for Chicago scoring and it works perfectly. Fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it. You can print and mail scoresheets and it has a scorekeeper for points over multiple rubbers. Well done!
  • Huzzah

Played for the first time in 6 months, and sometime in that period, the feature of recording the opening lead has been added.
This has made a really good app, Fantastic!

Having damaged the nerve in my dominant hand, I find keeping track of my hands on paper impossibly painful. This app is easy to use, and I regularly get other players asking me about it, when they see me use it.
    I recommend it every time!
