  • No other like this

None of the other shows I've done this year have had lead retrieval software that allows the exhibitors to upload marketing literature to the app. After you scan a badge, you can send them any the documents they've asked for and they'll have it in their email before they're on the plane back home. If every retrieval app did this one simple thing, we could eliminate the need to print, ship, and carry around marketing literature. And none of it would end up in the tradeshow garbage cans. Any software company that doesn't add this feature to their app is missing the boat. CompuLead, I want your software at every show. Seriously.

  • Toy Fair 2014

We were actually less than thrilled with this product. The app worked most of the time in the booth, but we weren't able to download our contacts without considerable difficulty and concerted effort. (Still dont have all of them) We went through the trouble to customize the survey (because we were told it would be $50 at the show) and it wasn't added anyway... Save your money.

  • Not as good as others

As others have mentioned there are no scanning capabilities like other tradeshow lead apps (iLEADs is amazing) which makes this a waste of money as far as I'm concerned.
  • Terrible. What a disappointment.

    Losing leads.

You can't scan a badge, you have to manually enter the number, and then it occasionally cuts off the last number. When you're not connected to wifi, it purports to save the number, but won't actually sync to give their info, even four days later.

The app doesn't even have a QR code scanner built in to achieve the same functionality as the hardware version you can rent. How many apps use the camera as a scanner? Basic stuff.

After paying over $500 for the license to use this app at the SEMA Show, it was a gigantic disappointment in every way.

Customer service is clueless when they actually answer the phones. Nice racket this company has going with trade shows.

  • GREAT Lead Retrieval

I participate in 12 to 15 trade shows each year and we use lead retrieval in most of these. I understand the last reviewers frustration but if he had 3G or wireless access he would have reviewed this app more positively. I used it on my 4G iPad and it worked flawlessly. The ability to email each prospect literature as I spoke to him was invaluable. Follow up reports, editing features, etc are all excellent. I highly recommend this app. Just make sure you are going to have cell or wireless access at the show before you order it.

  • Shame there was no info

We made the mistake of ordering this, thinking it would allow scanning of visitors badges to enter the data.

Sad to find out you have to type in the number and that it doesn't work offline. AT&T service is always poor when more than 2 iPhones in the room.

I feel a sucker for buying this service, should have just used a regular barcode scanner of which we have loads

Just to add, this awful company totally refused to refund the $400 or so we had paid for this worthless garbage.

  • VP of Sales

I used this product at the recent InfoComm show and it worked great!!! Very easy to navigate through the application and was able to view my leads almost instantly on the Internet. The feature I liked most about this product was the fact I was able to continue to take leads at an offsite event that took place after the show floor closed! Great product, would definitely recommend this to others.

  • Don't buy this app

It doesn't work. It crashed during the whole show. Not a single lead we entered was saved. It doesn't work off line. It doesn't scan badges. You have to type the numbers in by hand. We ended up writing everything down on a piece of paper like a bunch of idiots. It isn't forth $1 let alone the $400 they charged. I want my money back.

  • Good but room for improvement

Tried it out at AAOS this year. Worked well, you just need to come out with an iPad version and allow the screen to rotate horizontally.
