  • Brilliant

I love puzzle games like this; it's not testing your speed or reflexes, it's all about logic.

The presentation is excellent, really nice graphics and interface. I'd definitely recommend this game!

    Feedback to the developer:

I think it'd be nice to have a better system for unlocking levels, it feels a little restrictive when a puzzle game requires you complete every last level in a stage to move forward. And it'd allow more experienced players to skip ahead a little more easily.

I think theres a lot of potential for new mechanics too, perhaps for a sequel. Like 1-way pipes and water activated switches, or water teleporters :D

This is a great game well thought out but at the end it gets too challenging :)
  • Clever, and fun

Well thought out, graded puzzles, great graphic theme & (unlike so many games) cool music.
  • Probably the best pure logic game on the app store

As an obsessive fan of pure 'logic' puzzle games this ticks all the boxes for me. Plenty of levels, with enough easy ones to teach you all the tricks and fiendishly difficult ones later on, which might take hours or even days to solve. I love how there are so many different types of level, so you rarely feel like you are repeating yourself.

It's commendable that the developers came back to this gem of a game so long after it was originally released to make some welcome tweaks and add more levels. Sadly, the new levels were too easy in my mind, with even the 'hard' new levels falling somewhere between stage 4 and 5 of the originals. It felt like they hadn't been designed by the same person as before, and perhaps in a hurry.

Still, this is one of my favourite games on the app store - I can't rave enough about it!

  • OMG I LOVE IT!!

The first couple of levels I thought 'is that it'.....within a few more I was pulling my hair out. I didnt think id enjoy it with no cute animals or silly noises!

But now, I'm LITERALLY wasting away playing such a ridiculously simple game. Move the blocks to get the water from the tap to the drain. It's a MILLION times better than it sounds.

I bet you give it a five star review!!

  • Awesome Game

Incredibly addictive yet simplistic at the same time. I absolutely love this game. Some of the levels are quite tricky but with perseverance you'll get there in the end.

It's a real shame that you are charging people extra for additional levels... other apps I have downloaded have increased their levels for free but disgustingly you are out to fleece some more money out of those that have already paid... Real shame!!!!

  • Excellent Game!!

Once you're through the easy levels, you will find this VERY challenging -- even chess-like at times. Frustrating (in a good way), taxing, and occasionally deceptive, gamers will love the struggle and the great satisfaction when each puzzle is solved. I can't wait for the next level!!
  • Aqueddictive

While not the most mentally taxing game for iPad, Aqueduct certainly has charm and does provide a bit of cranial exercise. Having completed the first and second levels in less than an hour, I'm hoping that the remaining puzzles will prove to be more challenging.

The music is the only small drawback of the game. Ironically, it seems rather cute at first. Unfortunately, after playing for more than a few minutes at a stretch, the music-box-like quality of it begins to grate on one's nerves. Thankfully, the programmer(s) anticipated this and provided settings to select sound effects and/or music to suit the preferences of the user.

But for that one minor flaw, I'm finding the game to be relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend Aqueduct to others.

Just out of curiosity... why is the name misspelled?

  • Exercise your brain...and have fun doing it!

Having the free 101 app with 48 puzzles to get you hooked made the decision to plunk down a few bucks on the real app a no brainier! And it really is addictive...just when you say to yourself,, "okay, just one more", you'll find yourself repeating that phrase! nice job to the developers. What would really be a fun addition would be the ability to build Aqueduct puzzles using the common set of components found in the out-of-the-box puzzles.
