This release focuses on enhancing stability, improving the user experience across key workflows, and introducing helpful new features. VAT Detection in Expense Reports Genius Scan now detects VAT as part of its expense reporting feature, making creating complete expense reports easier than ever. To access this feature, just scan a receipt and let the magic happen. You can always edit the result in case the proper values couldn’t be detected. Enhancements - Improved error handling when a temporary network error prevented you from synchronizing your documents with your account. - Improved the reliability of the document synchronization, in particular when synchronization and auto-export could conflict when auto-exports had the “Delete document on success” setting enabled. Bug fixes - Fixed bug causing a higher subscription tier to be required when inserting today’s date when renaming a document. - Fixed broken export from the Photos/Files Share Extension to Genius Scan on recent versions of iOS. - Fixed potential crash when importing a document.

Improvements - Improved document renaming suggestions. When renaming a receipt, Genius Scan will now suggest the merchant, amount or category. When renaming a business card, it will suggest the person's name and organization. Bug Fixes - Fixed an issue where the selected page count in the Page Selection screen wasn't updating correctly. - Fixed an issue where the total amount reported on expense reports was incorrect in the presence of amounts with different currencies. Misc - Made internal optimizations for improved app performance and stability.
