this has everything from shopping ideas (i loved the dolly parton themed one!!) to politics - really the only reason i am up to date on anything.
if you are a member of the lgbtq+ community or just want to stay updated i REALLY RECOMMEND
articles are easy to read and well written, aesthetics are cute and simple, merch is actually not bad, covers every news topic necessary - britney progress (#freebritney), pride, discrimination in different countries (eg hungary’s leaked bill)
really helps raise awareness and keep us all updated on our favourite queens
also good drag race coverage haha; absolutely adored the meme series for every episode of druk

This is not an improvement!
Regurgitating the same news under different headings is not helpful. Almost illegible text over pictures doesn't make it easy to scan through news items. 5 items only in top stories isn't good. Flicking through 14 categories for the news is insane! Why is there no option to have a proper chronological news feed? That is what made the previous version great. When I open the app I want to see news straight away not a sign in page. I don't like endless 'flicking' through things either. It has also frozen up and crashed a couple of times so far. Add to that a stupid unicorn and now not displaying news at all but I see the section to buy a load of cheap rubbish is still accessible.Show lessMacerick

Hello! Thank you so much for getting in touch and sharing your feedback. If possible please could you let us know the device you are using for the app? You can email appfeedback@pinknews.co.uk that way we can see if we can reproduce some of these issues and fix them. We are not currently aware of any text over images or crashing so we'd like to find out how/where/why this is happening to you. In terms of the newsfeed, the first screen you see once you enter the app (there is no sign in) is a chronological newsfeed called "latest". This newsfeed can be filtered using the categories you mentioned, thus why some stories will appear in multiple places. We are a small in-house team and are keen to keep updating and improving our little app to create the best experience for our readers so we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It’s great and all but I wanted to shop for who I am. A Pangender person. I was wondering if you could add Pangender into the system? I know it would take a while but still we exist too! At least take it into consideration? Thank you!KaatzSpace

Nice app. So far it has worked perfectly for me. No bugs. Lots to read. I could see myself browsing this all afternoon! There’s little banner ads, but so far they’re pretty unobtrusive.
My only recommendation is I wish there was a way to filter articles based on location. There’s a lot of UK and international stories, which is interesting, but sometimes I just want to see US-specific news.Show lessCaliRya

I purchased a yearly subscription but apparently app does not recognize purchases through Apple app. Also when you go to your account it sends you to the PinkNews webpage and you have to log in again. Clear voice
I love this app for news and humour. Educational on changing terms and explaining things we sort of know but don’t ask. Plus highlights issues and really does inform on lgbtq+ news and events without being preachy or militant about it. Very Allie friendly without compromise. One of my favesgfpod
