  • Amazing App but lacking IPv6 push notifications

I got the app working and registered and was amazed at how easy it was to get everything up and running but I was wondering why even though the app was configured to use push notifications to keep inbound calls working I would not receive any phone calls if the app was closed or in the background.

I discovered that my particular service has both IPv4 and IPv6 available and when on mobile data my phone automatically connects with IPv6 as that is the preferred protocol. Would be nice if there would be an update to support that in the future. For now I have to keep the app on “normal” instead of push so sacrificing some battery life just to have inbound calling.
