We would like to share that we do take stability and performance of the app seriously as we thoroughly test every version before it gets released. We were not able to replicate this specific issue that you specified, but we ask that you please email us directly at wirelessplus@factset.com so our team can assist you directly if this issue still exists. In the meantime, please delete/reinstall and ensure that you are on the latest version of iOS 10. It would be good to know the iOS version you are on along which more details on the "test version" that you mentioned. We look forward to supporting you

Great app but today's update crashes. Help!

Please try to delete/reinstall the app and upgrade to the latest version of iOS. There should be a new version out for both now. If the issue still persists, please contact us directly at wirelessplus@factset.com and we can directly troubleshoot your issue. Since April, we have incorporated several new updates to the app which also include stability and performance enhancements. Completely unusable with latest update

We strongly advise you to take a look at our recent update to the app by upgrading and making sure that you are on the latest version of iOS which has several updates to performance and stability.
