  • Toronto Star layout

I do not like this new format. It’s really annoying that we now have to click in and out to see the various articles. Please go back to the original format. Please.
  • Toronto Star

I enjoy all of your articles as it’s rewarding to get facts through great journalism.
Articles are articulated very well and great research by journalists.

  • Fake Horoscopes

Great Paper but the person writing your Horoscopes is pathetic. Cancel her contract or I will cancel my subscription
  • Multiple Devices

Why can’t I read the articles from different devices I own (work phone, personal phone, iPad) ?
  • Important Grassroots reporting

Providing interesting stories, valued reporting on a broad range of ‘local news’, often giving the little guy a voice and shines a light on the politics and understory of what’s happening in our country. Necessary particularly to keep our provincial leader in check.
  • Why all the old news?

Why does the app keep showing one or two or three week old news at or near the top of the app feed, and show the same articles multiple times as you scroll down?
The best feature any news app could add is to let the reader eliminate an article after resding it if they wish.
  • Home page

Is rarely updated. I have to go to the sections for the news!
  • Behind the times!

This app used to be good but now not worth the money. My version of the 'paper' is now usually 2-3 days behind with articles that are stale-dated. Last week the Saturday version lasted until Tuesday with articles no longer relevant. Anyone?
  • Dated stories

I expect a digital paper to have current information and many stories are days old, e.g. I do not need to know about yesterday’s traffic. Poor local reporting - ironic as it’s the TORONTO Star. Also clunky website.
  • New and Improved

Much improved with relevant links added within the articles BUT we STILL cannot use the iPhone’s dictionary when coming upon a word we don’t know and want to “Look Up”. And when clicking on “App Support” right here in the App Store it takes you to the Star’s home page in Safari - what the heck? How do we contact App Support?????
