Web site is better
The home page wastes one-third of its space on wasted by pictures and uses text that is needlessly large. The web site is easier to scan and navigate.haroldbasset
Disappointing
Had expected a similar experience to reading the paper I suppose. Articles are hard to find or they don’t include in the app. Should list names of all opinion writers / columnists in order to find their articles. Stories are old news. Forced to pay for a low standard product cause there’s not a lot of choice.Show lessStar-not

Notifications
Notifications are not working on iPhone X. I have reinstalled and checked all settings. Works on my other iPhone 8. I am assuming new installs are not registering with the notifications server.smf72

Utter Garbage
As a longtime subscriber, I am utterly unable to register for the brave new electronic world this app promises. When I requested help through the app, it took over 1 MONTH to get anything other than an automated response. When I finally got a representative, he told me to use the Chrome browser. It is clear that no one in this organization has the dimmest notion of how to make their own app work. I give up.Show lessgonzopapa

Bait and switch. Free => register => fee
Content not updated in timely manner. Many better apps with more content and better insight for free. Minus grammatical and spelling errors.Richarddog
The constantly crashing app
Becoming really frustrated re. app crashing when opening new, significant news stories on my iPad. Haven't been able to read 2 articles so far this week.Rebelgrrrls
