While on the Norwegian Joy Guest Service refused to credit a guest for a service that was purchased days before embarking that they had cancelled the day of sailing away. They unexpectedly changed the status and the amount for the purchase by increasing it instead of offering the same deal that was originally purchased. The Service received from managerial staff on this sailing was very disappointing. The Cabin steward appeared lazy with a whole lot of excuses on why she performed her duties poorly. Although the interior of the ship was nice, most of the service was mediocre. I felt like I had vertigo after debarking due to the daily rigorous ride we had.
