  • Totally worthless and broken app

    The “new” M1+ app is not better. Imagine a cell phone company in the year 2024 that cannot produce a functional mobile app (or website) and you have M1. They must have the lowest quality $3 per hour developers on earth.

  • M1 makes it extremely difficult for you to terminate account

    M1 does not give you the option to terminate account in the app. You must call a hotline in which no one picks up.
    I am overseas. They asked me to visit a stance in SG, which is not possible. They then said I can call a number from oversea but International Direct Charge applies. This ridiculous!!

    While I was a customer for them, they may seemingly offer cheaper fee than other bigger operator, they are consistently out of service in common areas….pay a few extra dollar and go with a main provider will save you so much headache and time! Truly the worst company ever!

  • What’s M1 CEO doing about it?

    So many many negative reviews yet no improvement.

    This reminds me of negative hotel reviews where the hotels make some apologetic noises but nothing is done. Insincere.

    Doesn’t the CEO read his own reviews? Isn’t he interested to know how’s his app is performing. Unbelievable!

    Apps like Senoko, My SIMBA, SP Group etc all are user friendly. No problem.

    But with M1 it’s really frustrating.

    I’m giving M1 advance notice: I’m quitting.
