This app was so helpful, I can't even tell you. It helped me all through the day! I downloaded it the day it came out which I didn't even know. I saw the ad on there website and I'm like this may be a good app! So I downloaded it and yesterday when I went to the museum I could see and know were every exhibition was! This is the best app ever if your going to the museum and don't no anything. I would recommend this app to anyone! but there was a little problem when you try to gget directions to the central park west exit it will crash but then I just used the map. But you have made the user interface very nice! Overall it is a very nice app and will get you anywhere you choose just with a few taps then it's like a GPS!

Reinstalled and it works
The very first time I tried there was a message stating it was having trouble connecting with 'the server'. After that I only got a grinding wheel on the title screen. But it worked on the Pad not the Phone. so I deleted and reinstalled. Now it's good to go.Edmouse

Just came out of the museum, and this was such a user friendly experience. If you've been to this museum, you know how confusing this place can really be. My wife and I just took "the night at the museum" tour with our son after watching the movie last week, and our son is already asking when he can go back. The app is so simple to use, and there were zero glitches. The triangulation technology knows where you are at all times and give clear and concise directions to your destination. Hats off to the AMNH for building an app like this.Show lessJb in NY
