Update more complex
The latest update has made this app less user friendly and more complicated to use. It has taken the ease away that we previously enjoyed. Clicking on each disaster icon does not give more information anymore. Furthermore the new menu system is too onerous.Pmldteacher

Used To Be Good..Now Needs Work
If the goal with the last couple of updates was to make the app less useful and a mess to navigate, then the developers nailed it. You used to be able to tap and alert and see what it was....sort of an obvious thing you would want to do...No more. Now you have to hunt around to find information on the alert. Overall some major steps backwards. Any chance we can roll it back to the useful app it used to be?Show lessUmaize1
Not optimised for iPhone SE
Really struggling with this new version. I like many of the extra bells and whistles, but it doesn’t want to remember all my settings: I turn off the rainfall layer, next time I login it’s back on. And now I can’t get to the layers controls because they’re off screen (or 1/3 visible) at the page bottom. I’m guessing the developers didn’t try it on an iPhone SE?Show lessAndyFifty
Slow loading time
Used to like the app, loads the info instantly when you tap on it...after the update, it takes a long time before loading the info because of the map layers & others. I hope they remove unnecessary infos that cause the app to lag.b0o9i3m4n
Prefer previous version
I want the previous version back. why? Because it takes too long to load and is slow when moving to different areas within the site. I always began each day by looking at the global weather, but now I can’t be bothered.4499disappointed
Updated version
I enjoy the and it is very handy for my line of work as it gives instant alerts to disasters and quite accurate information BUT I must agree with some of the other users, the updated version is harder to navégate, I have given myself time to get used to it but unfortunately still prefer the previous version so hope that note is being taken from this comments.
