Would be lost without it
This app makes organising my life 10x easier let alone my shifts!!. I can visually understand and plan my week, where I can put my shift in and add in any notes so I don’t forget doctors appointments or to post a certain letter. There are a lot of ads but you can just swipe off and on the app. I’ve been using this app since 2020 and it’s my diary, my calendar and my journal!Show lessMaddy Lea
Was great….
Since the latest update there are all sorts of glitches. After writing a note on a particular day I then have to completely close the app and re-open to check its saved it. Same happens when I try to change the colour of the notes area. Adverts are also freezing on the screen so yet again I have to completely close the app. Not helpful when I’m inputting a whole years worth of shifts….Show lessIHPE
Easy and Essential
My work rota is forever changing and keeping it up to date has been a nightmare until I found this App. It’s so easy to update it’s a godsend. It’s easy to look at and now exactly what you’re doing in the coming months and blocking off days is a cinch. It’d be hard to manage without it - so quick and easy. Definite 5 stars from me. Brilliant app!!
Really useful app for shift workers - different colour codes with customisable shift times and option to add notes and even emojis too. This means I can just glance at the calendar during a busy day and immediately know when I’m available and what I’m doing. It’s been a total game changer and I couldn’t cope without it now! Only needs week numbers!
Overall, this is a fabulous app! I am a nurse and work a day/night shift rotation, which makes my Monday through Friday work week impossible to predict. This app makes it easy to keep up. The only thing I wish the app had is numbered weeks. I consistently work every third weekend, so it would be nice to be able to easily glance months ahead, and know based on the week number which weekends I’ll be working. Thanks!Show lessAmanda__O
LONG TIME USER
I’ve been using this app for many years - previously when I worked a fully rotating pattern of earlies, lates and nights, and more lately with day shifts with varying start times.
The app coped easily with both. Repeating patterns are easy to enter, and are then calculated as far ahead as you need.
I have mine synced to the iOS calendar for more features, but this does crowd the iOS display as every shift is entered as a daily event, I find.Show lessCookiesabliere

Very handy
Very handy app, it’s a shame that you can’t have a dual user function, or have a dual shift option. i often change between two different shift patterns and end up having to change my whole calendar every time i move. otherwise a great app.Jbearrr0796
Excellent
I use this for booking in days that I am in work as I can book in my day shifts and night shifts. Easy to use and easy to view and label dates with different emojis to quickly determine what they are booked for. Also able to leave notes on the days which helps a lot. Recent problems
I have used this for years and love it. However recently the calendar doesn’t match the current dates. I’m currently looking at April calendar but it May dates. This happened last updated please correct this. I wish to continue to use but not if I can’t trust the dates.Nurse SandyRN
