Good for a freebie!
Nice clear interface, pretty complete, definitely enough for intermediate, anyone more advanced can easily alter the chords accordingly
Mandolin chords??
I just recently bought a book on mandolin chords and these chords do not match up with the chords in the book.... Any suggestions?
I don't know what else you'd need...
It gives you all the chords with a dummy layout that anyone can read...and it's free.

Ok for a freebie...
...if you don't mind the ads.
Not a comprehensive list but got the basics. No sharpened ninths included so you won't learn purple haze from this app.

GREAT! Love the navigation!
Other apps make you scroll through dropdown menus, back buttons, etc. to see the chord variations. Basichords puts it all in front of you, easy to see on one page, just tap what you want, it appears, while other choices still remain visible.
Great app.
The best chord app I have used and it is free. Simple and easy to use.
Awesome chord finder
No diminished option! This makes no sense especially when there is a dim7 option. Please fix this for 5 stars.
Yay!
But it needs chords that go like f/d and like that. Sorry for the ignorance.
Simple, versatile, and comprehensive
Awesome app. I've played the guitar, banjo, ukulele and mandolin and it has every imaginable chord for all of them. To the reviewer who asked, "Am I missing something, or are there no diminished triads?": Yes, you are missing something. Diminished sevenths are essentially the same. If you're just going to play triads, you don't really need a chord chart.
