So, um, no…

I was going to get an account bc the logo, architecture of the branch here in SC & CLT location & CU but the app seems to have less talent behind it than the aforementioned. CS, cs for minors, working functionalities, standard very important online banking things, fees for CS bc skyla cant do a job, & just common sense things & more than a bot representing the app store critical but true reviews. Well, enjoy your pretty colors-not falling for it..

Excellent tool and complement to the excellent customer service

The Skyla CU app is awesome! There are so many features that not only provide comprehensive account management but also make it easy to do new business like apply for loans, pay loans with other institutions or make Zelle P2P transactions.

It rivals the very best offered from the big banks and maintains the continuity of the more personalized and less convoluted services and products we all love from credit unions.

Highly recommend if you are someone that values mobile access and management!

Issues with the app

The problem with the app it keeps shutting down and when I need to unfreeze my card I have to wait until the next business day or even when I need to check my balance sometimes I can’t, that is an inconvenience for person like me who is always on the go.

Come on, Skyla! Get it together

I was hopeful, I thought that they had fixed the random log off issue that’s been plaguing this app for a long time, but with the latest release, it’s gotten even worse.

I’ll be in the middle of a remote check deposit, checking my balance, or about to pay a bill, and suddenly, I’m logged out, ejected back to the login screen! Please get this fixed. It’s annoying!

Other things in the app work well, but this is really a PITA. Please spend time on this and get it fixed!

It’s just infuriating

Okay, so I don’t spend money on my account often because I usually use cash- I’m a minor and don’t have a job yet. So when I tried to check on my account I had to create a whole new one because of my inactivity. That isn’t the problem, the problem is that I accidentally forgot to press “I agree” on the disclosure, so it let me go through the effort of making an account all over again just for me to be put into a loop of a pop up saying “Disclosure not accepted” and me refreshing only for the pop up to appear again. It’s just annoying and at this point I’m just tired of trying to look into an account that only has five bucks in it.

Latest version fails to load

I can no longer login with the latest June 2024 update. I’m just stuck with a blank white screen. Phone reset etc. doesn’t work. Hopefully they can fix otherwise I’ll need to move my money elsewhere.

Needs to work more intuitively than a 15 year old programmer

It’s a lot like DOS programming. A different screen for each action. Like 1990s paperwork made as a program, where pages and pages must be turned to find a detail that would be available w/extra clicks and waiting on a better app built for customer interface.

CMCUs app was far better.
