USER PASS LOCKOUT ??????
I go to put into my login information and there you go... it won’t let me log in. It takes forever on the website. It was instant with the app? What’s wrong?

Need to add the ability to make transfers to and from external accounts. You can do it on the website, why not the app?
Not enough functionality
This app will not allow me to setup a payment to my CMCU credit card from my outside bank. Which makes it relatively pointless for me to have. Please add this feature.
Love it ! but needs work
I love this bank! And the banking app it helps me to keep my funds in order. With a quick glance I can see all transactions! And pending items.
Only down side is the pending items take to long at times. Other than that I love it !

Log in
The app does not keep my login information so I have to go through the whole process again and again every time I need to check my balance. Might as well delete the app make space on my phone and just log into the mobile site?
Worst Credit Union Ever!!
Stay away from this Credit Union unless you like doing business only between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday! Horrible customer service! Something happens over the weekend, your account locked, with no access till 8:00am or later that Monday. The worst customer service ever!! If you like bad service, 8 to 5 hours, and no fraud protection, this is your "bank".

Mobile deposit not available
The app works just like any other bank's app except that the mobile deposit feature does not show up on my app.

Great update so far. The previous version just looked and felt old. Glad some thought was put into making it feel fresh and more responsive.
Mobile Deposits?
This app is good, but unreliable. Mobile deposit frequently disappears making the app useless when I need it.
