    Awesome app
  • Amazing meditation sessions

I’ve used all the big name meditation apps and am incredibly impressed by this one. Some of the best instruction I’ve ever encountered. It is very calming, and the instructions are more true to how a guided meditation should be. I actually felt happier afterwards which is rare. Usually calm is what I get from other apps. But I actually felt more happy with myself and the world after each session.

  • Happy as a clam.

Actually, I don't know if clams are happy. But i know that I like this app even though, oddly enough, I am a long-experienced meditator. The guide's comments make me smile in recognition, and I like the interface and music, to boot.

Update: now I'm happier than a clam. This ap has become a daily companion for weeks now. I really appreciate it.

Second update: clams now seem dour, by comparison. I have used this for months and like it even more now than I did when i first reviewed it.

Third update: bless the clams, and guide them gently to serenity. I have apparently owned this for over a year now and still use it regularly. Indeed, it comes out when I'm getting tired and need a quick recharge. Like a few minutes ago. After working for hours.

Fourth update: By now I've owned this for several years, and still use it often. My meditation practice has continued to grow, to the point that I once (but only once, so far) actually reached the first Jhana ... although I'm not sure I spelled that correctly, and no clam can tell me! Yet, I still like and use this app. to get refreshed. The narrator seems a splendid guide.
