What is the point?

Quality of documents is garbage unless you pay for a "pro" version I guess as this sucks and forcing people to give you their email to restore purchases is unethical. It should be done automatically through Apple. Other apps don't need my email or for me to log in to something to restore my purchases.

What is the point?

If it’s not going on my iPhone then what’s the point of it on my Mac? No I’m not going to buy a subscription so I don’t get it.

Il ne veut plus ouvrir depuis deux mois??? Ça fait plusieurs années que je l’utilise et que je le paye mais là il ne fonctionne plus??

Please try to reboot your phone and then open the app without network connection. If it can be opened, please head to CS app->Me-> Suggestion and Feedback and then connect to the network to send us the feedback. If still fails, is there any error message popping up? Awful App

This use to be a great app. I’ve had this app for years and it has started giving me problems over this last year. Idk what happened. I cannot fax. It gives me no option. It shows I have 63 pages that I can fax but yet, app will not let me do anything at all. This needs fixing bc I paid for annual subscription of CamScanner Premium. This needs to be fixed now . There is no way to contact anyone about this app. They have no support.

Sorry that the fax feature is out of service in CS plus app for now. Please download the CamScanner free version from App Store and then sign in with the same CS account to fax the docs.

Flash Photos Not Timed Right

At first I thought maybe it was my phone and was going to reach out to Apple when I was trying to take some “scans” and every time the flash would fire to remove the shadows on my pages, the “scan” would have the shadows. Then I tried the same scenario of taking photos of my pages with the camera app and had no issue at all with shadows. Leads me to believe that the app is responsible in some way for the shutter and flash not syncing with the scans. Is this a known bug? Is a fix coming? iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.3.1

Does all I need.

I have never had a problem with the app. I use for scanning, saving a form, and emailing. Never crashed on me to date. I usually scan one or two pages to email! Has been a timesaver! Love it. 5 stars.

Great App for organizing business cards or bluprints

I discovered this application when I saw a government contractor using it to send very detailed blueprints to the engineer or project manager. If it's good enough for them, it's definitely good enough for me to organize business cards or to make high definition copies for business or school projects.
it’s now been 10+ years i’ve been using this app and it’s the best app for business cards, DETAILED blueprints and everything between!
try it and i guarantee you’ll love it!!!

Lifesaver!

I have used this app for years. They have adapted and improved it to the users needs. They have even been responsive when I sent a concern about a change. This has been well worth the money and I highly recommend it to everyone for personal and business purposes. I tell all my coworkers about it.
