    L'application iphone est un peu limité mais fonctionne bien. L'application desktop par contre, c'est vraiment mieux.

    J'utilise pas le cloud, et c'est stable dans mon environnement. J'aimerais bien utiliser l'app en français puisque la version desktop est configuré de cette façon.

  • Does what is expected

    A very nice extension to the billings pro. Helps tremendously with quick on the go managing of invoices, work, tracking and most. Important to me accepting payments when I'm not near the computer as I always forget to consolidate received payments with my records. The cloud connection can be flakey for syncing but it's still on the phone and when it works it syncs so it's working overall. I'm sure they will make the cloud syncing part more stable but overall billings touch is huge help.

  • Simplicity perfected

    This has got to be the simplest billing software ever, and it's simplicity makes it great, so much you can do at a touch of a button, I mean if I can do it anyone can, tried it, loved it, purchased it, I am sure you will do the same if you give it a go. Highly recommended
  • Totally undependable.

    I have been sending log files and database backups to tech support for the past week. Only result is emails asking the same questions multiple times.

    First issue was that it started crashing on startup several months ago. After sending log files and exchanging emails for a week, tech support finally told me to rename a library file. Why he did not do this first is beyond all reason.

    The crashing has come back, but this time I had to send screenshots, log files, and database backups. No renaming this time. Just multiple emails, reinstalls of the program, wiping all databases on all Macs, and now a request for the same logs I sent last week.

    Billings Pro is not ready for prime time. I have had other problems with the Mac based Billings Pro on the Macs similar to this one. It seems that library files corrupt themselves, but tech support puts you through all these hoops before deleting the corrupt file.

    The unique twist this time was changing the user name because it contained a comma. That solved nothing.

    Marketcircle never answers the phone, not even for sales. You have a choice of paying several hundred dollars for a support plan, $30 for a one issue phone support, which results in a callback, usually when you are away from the computer, or email support, which is "free", but only if your time has no value.

  • A must for freelancers

    Have used Billings for a number of years now to keep my freelance earnings and invoicing in order. Billings pro, with multiple device syncing improves this experience considerably and I now feel well on top of my earnings. Good customer support when I migrated my database.

    One of the best billings software I have ever used. Compliments MYOB very nicely.
  • Fantastic, useful, convenient but needs some work

    First of all, I'm extremely pleased with billings pro. I've used billings 3 for a while and have been completely satisfied. However, when switching to pro there were a few glitches to get through while setting it all up. We spent several days working with tech support and they were more then helpful. It seemed as though they have a wonderful product but are still working out the bugs. All-in-all, our company has been very satisfied with the product and it's features. Our main goal was to get rid of Quickbooks and this program was more then accommodating.
