  • Just Delightful.

The app is wonderful. Easily the best I've ever seen. Magic wouldn't be the same without it. I just had a slightly radical idea. Whenever it's two players, I like to play with stretch counters. With four or more players, I turn off the stretch counters. And then regardless, I always rotate players so that their profiles face them. The rotations and stretching take a little while, so I'm always a little weary of the setup. I propose a system where you can pinch the profile boxes to expand or shrink them, as well as rotate. I figure that they should snap into place when you lift your finger. The sizes would all expand together, to stay the same size. The rotations would be quicker. And if people prefer the old system then they could toggle it on or off in the menu. I just think that the size and rotation could be done almost instantly, and then I wouldn't be so hesitant to add players or make adjustments while I'm trying to shuffle. What do you think?

  • Best Life Counter!!

Having used a couple of different life counter apps, this one is by far the best I've used. It lets me track almost anything I need to when playing MTG and easily handles a 4-man commander pod. Would recommend to all my friends.
  • The MLC app is a wonderful tool!

Such a great app for keeping track of any MTG game. Whether your board state is cluttered by tokens, planewalkers and their loyalty counters, or just about any sort of counter, really, this app will help you keep an updated number of each and easily allow you to modify the amounts. Can't go wrong!
  • Let me remove the myself and opponent players

Really annoying that you are forced to have a myself and opponent players. Especially since this was an update a while ago they just scammed you into it. I don't recommend this to anyone since it's really infuriating. I'll update this review if it ever changes
  • So handy!

Sometimes I like counting with dice and bottlecaps, but for all the rest of the time this app is super handy!
  • Great App but Crashes

I love the options available to this app. It comes with lots of ways to keep track of counters. I have considered spending the money to upgrade to all the unlockable features, but the app crashes constantly. Whenever I go into the options or settings, or try to reconfigure the layout, the app has about a 30% chance of crashing. If this gets stabilized, I will come back in and give it a 5 star rating plus probably buy the full version.

  • Good Life Counter, But Pricey and Battery Intensive

This is the best life counter out there in terms of features and functionality. However, the price to fully unlock and get access to everything is a bit ridiculous. $10 for a life counter with all the bells and whistles: more than full fledged games from multi million dollar studios. 3-5$ would be a lot more reasonable (and is a price I would actually pay). I think battery usage could also be improved, seems to eat through my battery quickly relative to how simple the app is.

Is there any way you could add color? This app is so great but it's kinda bland and i think color customization would do wonders. Also, would it be possible to allow players to keep track of commander damage? Maybe add a Button on the corner of the life box that allows tracking of what commander damage from who. Although, that may cause clutter.
Over all, there's nothing better for a >2 player game than this app for keeping life totals.

  • Clean, Concise, Custimizeable

I was looking for a simple life tracker app for MTG that could support multiplayer, but instead I found this gem. Not only does it track life points, but the amount of depth it contains is unreal. You can add counters of just about any kind (commander damage, commander tax, poison, etc) directly onto the screen instead of cluttering the field with dice. It records games, includes a timer, and can be set up for specific gaming profiles if you need a specific game type.

Downside, there are ads at the bottom of the screen, but they aren't distracting and can be removed. The app does have in-app purchases at around $3 per feature, but the designer doesn't hold the important features hostage.

All in all, the very best free life tracker I have ever used (and I've downloaded my fair share being an avid gamer). Download this. You won't be sorry.

Latest update adds great new and clever features. If you are a Magic player it is a no brainer to get this app.
