No place to leave delivery instructions
I live in an apartment that needs special instructions to enter the building. Compared to popular food delivery apps like Uber Eats and Doordash, one key feature missing here is the ability to leave delivery instructions when placing an order. As a result, I have to answer the phone and tell the carrier how to enter the building every time, which can be annoying when you are in a meeting.
There is also no place to leave customer feedback regarding their delivery experience. Many times, I either have to go downstairs to pick up the order, or argue over the phone with the carrier to ask them to deliver to doorstep which all other popular apps offer.
With the same amount of tips I paid the overall service I got was substandard. Maybe the only benefit of using this app is you can order from some restaurants not available on other platforms. Other than that, I see no reason I’ll keep using this app.
