Rubbish
This has never worked and the only reason I got it was to connect with my iPod I wish I took it back from the start. Had the new update and still not compatible how long do I have to wait. I though this update would of be the one but no. I will have to another 6 months for another. Will not be buying one again. How hard is it to make it work!!!!!!!

Would be great to be able to use iPhone as remote control to play movies and music to tv and stereo, streaming from linkstation.
Not Bad but needs WEBDAV support
the app is fine but you cannot upload documents. it won't the NAS needs to allow WebDAV support to be more useful for IOS devices. I really need the ability to upload items to my linkstation and I can't do it until I'm back on my PC. The app is good at viewing content.

This was one of those things I thought would never work smoothly but boy was I wrong setup was a breeze and so far remote access is flawless even on 3G!
Ps couldn't get it to play .avi files but didn't bother me since I already have tons of Mp4's!

Acceptable
In this app, mov and mp4 files only (even those are more than 10mb) can be playable but other format such as avi or mpg were not able to be played. Hopefully it should be working for various media formats in next version.
Also the app still did not support multitasking. So I could not listen music when I turned off the app. please make the function to add list of mp3 songs so that I can listen songs easily by forwarding and backwarding while it is multitasking.

Not compatible with earlier versions
Only works with the latest version of web access. Shame on you Buffalo for not making this app compatible with webaccess 1 or releasing a firmware update for older (7 month old) products.
Does the job, but...
Would get five stars if:
1: Ability to multitask. At the moment I cannot listen to music & use any other app.
2: Ability to play a complete album without having to select each individual song.
3: When coming back to a folder it takes me to the top of the folder whereas I think it would be better if it would take me to the last point that I was within that folder. This is useful when you have lots of files or folders to go through.
Otherwise, not a bad effort on the first attempt:)
I like the choice of an icon view that this app offers as aposed to the list view that you get in a web browser. Also, like the picture browser.
Definately worth downloading!

Awesome!
Excellent remote access app! I've always been a fan of Buffalo's NAS and now I can use them seamlessly on my iPhone to get my data remotely. Had to update the firmware on one of my NAS devices to get the new WebAccess version but then it worked perfectly.
