  • Review on Upgrade

    My review is regarding the recent upgrade to the app. I prefer the app prior with being able to see my balances on quick view without having to log into my account every time I'm curious too what my balances are. It was more handy, time efficient and spent less screen time on thee phone.

    Love the app. With living out of state it helps make it easier to keep banking with such a great credit union!

  • Annoying

    My favorite feature - and 99% of the time only reason for using the app - is/was the quick view. That feature (at least for me) is gone. I don't have any other use for the app.

    I'll wait until the end of the month, but if it isn't back, the app is gone. In the age of cellphones, why keep it? I can just as easily log into my account on the website from my cellphone. It takes the same amount of time and gives more options.

  • Fix log in screen

    I checked to see if my app needed updated and it does not but I cannot access the Face ID or save password function does not show up. This is super annoying every time I want to see my balances I have to type the password in.

  • Fix the log in function

    I have to re enter my password EVERY time I want to check balances or even enter the app. Even with “save password” on, it still prompts. And the Face ID option completely vanished. Yikes

  • Mobile Deposits

    I checked with the teller at the desk who told me there is NO restriction with performing a mobile deposit however when I try to do it on this app it tells me that it’s disabled. I’m out of state most of the time so this function would certainly be helpful. I have no clue why the teller would investigate it and tell me I have NO restrictions but this stupid app says differently. Fix the mobile deposits.

  • The app was finally updated after a year!

    Looks dated, like an iOS 5 app, needs some stability and cosmetic upgrades.

    Although it’s functional, it needs a lot of work. This is probably the worst banking app I’ve used.

  • Log outs

    So absolutely tired of getting logged out every other day. Doesn't matter how many times I save my password or enable fingerprint login, every other day I have to sign back in and it is maddening. FIX THIS.
