  • Good not great

    Please add Face ID functionality back to the login screen. Start allowing for transfers to external banks via Zelle.

    Before the update I was able to just go right to quick view now every time I try I have to login to enable it can you please fix?
  • Great app!

    I love this app! The only thing that would be great is to be able to transfer to one of my saved external banks via the mobile app instead of having to go on the internet website to do the transfers.
    ..but otherwise I love the app and use it often
  • Log in

    The only downside to this app is when I try to log-in after 11PM it is a struggle. I either get an error or message about system maintenance. It is hard when I am out past that time and traveling and can't transfer over money or even look at my balance. That is all.
  • Crash much?

    After the update app just crashes, can't even get to the login screen. Great job!
  • Worse than old version

    Way slower than old version and no Touch ID support.

    I really liked the old app. This one is nice but EXTREMELY slow compared to the old one. I'm not liking that at all. I use the app a lot and expect it to work when I need it, not have to stand around and wait on it.

    App is good but would be great to be able to add notes to money transfers like main site. Also photo deposits needs work sometimes very difficult to use.
  • Mobile deposit needs improving

    The app is smooth and easy to use, but the mobile deposit feature only works half the time. It will frequently fail to let you capture an image of the back of your check, instead immediately processing the deposit after capturing the first image. It won't allow you to fix the error and capture the image of the back. It's very annoying to have to explain this to the bank whenever I have to physically deposit a check that says "mobile deposit only" on the back.
