    Mye feil i appen, trenger forbedring
  • I can’t open my app

    I just updated the app and now it won’t even open. I’m unable to access and see my bank balance. Giving it one star instead of zero, hoping this bug gets fixed soon.

  • Bad app for a bad bank!

    I almost always get an error message saying It can’t shows balances at the moment. I really could see my transactions and it logs me out when it feels like it.

  • Old Technology

    Aside from needing a refresh, DNB still refuses to give their customers Apple Pay. As such they remain in the stone ages of banking.

    I’ve used Apple Pay since its inception while living in the US, UK, and Canada. I have nothing but positive things to say about how well it works. Norway is quite backwards when it comes to the user experience and banking. DNB’s policy on Apple Pay illustrates that.

  • Har blitt mye bedre etterhvert ...

    Finner ikke tilbakemeldingslenke i appen, så må gi den her:

    BUG: viser feil ukedag på transaksjoner når jeg er i USA med EDT (Eastern Dayligth Time) tidssone.
    (Dette skjer selv mens begge tidssoner er på samme dato/dag)

    Dato er riktig, men viser en ukedag for tidlig
    (Wed istedet for riktig dag Thu, etc.):

    Eksempler:
    June 2019
    Wed 13
    Mon 4

    May 2019
    Thu 31
    Mon 28

    Når jeg skifter til CEST (Central European Summer Time) viser appen riktig ukedag.

  • Requires Background App Refresh to be enabled

    The GUI is indeed nice, and application feel rather lightweight and fast, but the fact that it requires Background App Refresh to be enabled is very frustrating. Not a single bank application I know does that: Nordea is fine without it, SEB is fine without it and so on - all of them allow me to log in with Face ID, but DNB does not. Why DNB needs Background App Refresh to be enabled for that and others don’t - remains to be unknown.

  • No business account support

    I really wish I could use this app to view my business account however it appears that it's only linked to my personal user.

    The UI is real nice though! So (5 stars for that)

    Hi, yes that's true. However if you have a small company then you can contact the business customer service then they should be able to set up your account so that it's visible in the regular nettbank. This should also work for the new mobile app (the following day) /Bjarne

  • Can’t even log in now

    Just repeats login page endlessly. Old version worked perfectly fine.
  • Ingen info på lån, aksjer, forsikring

    Nå jeg logger inn det nye dnb app så kan jeg ikke se noe info om lån , forsikring, aksjer , porteføljen osv... dette skulle ha vært inkludert når de lansert ny app. Jeg vil gi flere stjerner nå det er på plass.
