  • Get it together

    Terrible app. Takes forever to set up. Counter intuitive interface. Doesn't work on my iPad 4 but half works on my iPad 1. Glitch prevents you from entering user name. Main reason for purchasing was to use as storage access for iPad. Very disappointed. Returning product.
  • Terrible app

    This app sometimes works & sometimes it doesn't. I hope whomever developed this app will fix the bugs on it.
  • Seems to work just fine

    I struggled getting my wireless router to play nice with the Buffalo software, in the end I configured the web access settings manually. I am able to access from my iPad just fine, the upcoming weeks will tell me exactly how well it works but so far it looks promising.......
  • Update causes app to crash in iOS 5

    Just updated the app...AGAIN...and it STILL crashes every time upon startup on my iPad 2 running iOS 5. The app is useless and a poor reflection on the company, as the ability to connect using an iPad is a big selling feature.

    Try again, guys.
  • Waste of time

    Downloads fine, loads fine first time (though why do I need to log in twice to eventually get to NAS drive).

    After first use, app then crashes at start up every time. Deleting and reinstalling allows it to work once again then same issue happens.

    Waste of time, now deleted it altogether, web access works fine.

    Please. I paid so much for a terestation and this is the worst app I have every used. Please just update it. Please.
  • Good but missing something

    The app works well for getting files from the NAS server and has been fairly stable.
    The big drawback is that it provides no facility to upload files from document writing apps or PDF apps. The only files that can be uploaded are images and videos and this is the biggest drawback, what I need from my app that connects to the buffalo nas is the ability to upload files for pages, keynote, adobe, numbers, writepad etc. without that I rarely use the app as I am forced to use the apple cloud or other online storage. Give the option to send files back to the NAS device please!!

  • No sound

    Lost sound with the update...figured it out thanks to a Google Search. Its an Apple bug. Change rocker switch to control mute rather than rotation and toggle it. Works! Back to 4 stars!
  • Can't play .mp3 files (

    After upgrading the NAS box firmware from 1.40 to 1.58 and setting up the media server again video .mp4 files play fine now. Still having issues with .mov files... The other thing is that .mp3 files are not working using this application but i can play them if i use safari and type in this url http://IP:9000/st/#/Music.

  • Works for me but have to upload photos one at a time

    I had no problem connecting this but the upload process is tedious. You have to click on every photo and when you click on a video it comes out of the album and you have to go back and find where you were upto. A select all option would be good.

    Other than that we have an iPad and 2 iPhones connected without any problem.
