Doesn’t stand behind pricing
When I purchased this app it was a one time fee of a higher amount than I wouldn’t normally pay for the app. Then suddenly they decided to not stand behind that purchase and now require me rebuy it annually for something i already purchased.Fulldraw3d

I purchased this app years ago then they had an automatic update that stopped allowing you to use the app the way it came when you purchased it. I contacted customer service and was told I was out of luck. Now you must pay monthly fees to use it the way it came when I originally purchased it. The app isn’t that good either so I downloaded another app that works better and is free. I would stay away from this app, as it’s a rip-off.Show lessfiremedic2398

Bait and Switch
I paid the initial cost of the app and at the time, there was no subscription cost. It’s no longer usable, my app has been held ransom. Unless I repay the fee and also the subscription fee, I can no longer use what I paid for. I’d be fine if they grandfathered in or refunded the initial cost, but that’s not how greed works.Show lessJorgaleen
