Best shift work app out there
I’ve tried them all and Spark far exceeds it’s competition. So many customizable options that I feel like I got to design the app myself. My stats are all housed here with backup cloud.. seriously can’t say enough good things about it. Just do it!dd613
Great customer service.
I am giving this rating for their customer service prompt and polite reply. Due to an error I ended up subscribed to the app. It was my fault and they were great. My only reason fur not using the app is that it isn't relevant to my line of work. However, they replied immediately with all the information I needed. Good- Needs updating
I have used this app for many many many years and don't get me wrong- it is brilliant. However a lot of similar type apps have caught up with Spark over the last few years (such as Supershift) and this app is starting to feel clunky. Don't get me wrong- it does what it needs to do but it's the difference between when Microsoft does something and Apple does something- currently this app is Microsoft, functional but a bit old and clunky. It needs to have the 'Apple' twist- look better, more user friendly and be more sleek. Supershift is not as good as this app in that it doesn't calculate rest days and leave hours etc, but it looks and feels premium and is a one off payment to get some decent features. I don't mind paying the annual subscription for this app but for me to continue it's got to step up to the plate.Show lessLJSurfa

So I bought the original leaky nozzle app back when it first hit the market for $6 or $7 dollars. Which was pricey for an app at the time. This app did exactly what I needed it to do and so well I convinced plenty of others in my department to download it. But just recently one of my kids must of accidentally deleted it from my phone and upon a reinstall it asked me for a login and said I only have 30 days of free trial. Ummm since when is this a trial? What about my $7 I paid back when that was just that — a lifetime membership fee to have the app. DisappointedShow lessHouck129

This is an awesome app. It’s extremely helpful in tracking sick time, vacation time both accrual and usage. It’s also helpful for tracking exchanges and secondary jobs that firefighters may have.ready4retirement
Awesome Customer Service
Not only is the app amazing; but the customer service is incredible!
I had some trouble with an update, and I lost all my previously entered “device calendar” events. I was very frustrated.
I received personal phone calls from the administrator; and he was able to walk me through restoring the app, AND all my calendar events.
Excellent app. Excellent service. I highly recommend it!
