Excellent scenarios. I am a school nurse and use these cases as educational tools in keeping up with my medical science experiences. Despite they are for doctors, I have told other nurses and students in the medical field to check them out. Knowledge is power no matter where it comes from. Keep those cases coming.Show lessAsant16

Real life cases. the review is phenomenal. On point with why and what is ordered for what reason. I’ve been trying to figure out lab testing and lab values, Rather waiting on microbiology and chemistry classes. Great for preparation of those chemistry classes 🙌🏻♥️jlgotera

great until they just kept recycling the same content, over, and over.
I’ve done every single case for that last few years. Now all they’re posting is (sporadic!) recycled cases that I still remember. and the posting is irregular and infrequent. i wish they would update the case bank and have a message board to inform the community what’s up.Happydoglover35

Hi Happydoglover35, thank you for your comment. Our free apps have limited selection of content only. We regularly add cases and withdraw older ones each week. Our full catalog is available in a for-pay product: Clinical Odyssey with 700+ learning modules. In July 2020 we announced to all of our app users that the content from our 3 free apps (Clinical Sense, Explain Medicine, and Prognosis: Your Diagnosis) would be updated, expanded upon, and made available as a "full collection" in a new product called Clinical Odyssey. This change was necessary in order to ensure that we could continue funding our work and produce more quality content regularly.
