Why can't you download the discussion As well?
Great app for deciding on investigations and treatments. The discussion is the best bit to understand the differentials and processes to go through. Unfortunately you need an Internet connection to use it so can't be used on the underground to its fullest extent. I don't understand why it can't be downloaded like the rest of the case. Otherwise very useful app.
And it doesn't have anywhere to complain so I had to use this method. Hopefully someone will see it...Show lessdee_chee

Very good for consolidating knowledge
I very much like this app and find it a good way to build my confidence that I am actually learning something at medical school! The style fits very well with a PBL based course and the discussion is very helpful.
Only downside is that it's a bit too americanised for my liking.Janistea

Awesome app..great for medical students! I love practicing putting concepts of different diseases together and how the discussions at the end of each problem integrates everything in a concise, but informative summary. I've learnt some important concepts from this app already :)Craala

Great supplement to formal training
I'm a pediatric trainee and here I'm commenting on only the pediatric cases. The app is a great concept and It's great for medical students and 1st & 2nd year pediatric trainees. Great cases, and although I don't agree on every single investigation and management options, I think the discussions are really good. I'd like to see more pediatric cases though - I know in med school, pediatrics is only a small part of the entire curriculum compared to adult medicine. However, I think pediatrics deserves a bit more respect! So can we have the number of pediatric cases matching that in adult medicine and surgery? Otherwise I have no complaint. Great and fun way to learn common presenting complaints which can be the regular diagnoses as well as rarer conditions. Love the discussions at the end. Very thorough and easy to understand and apply.Pam240389
Awesome little app
This is a great little app for brushing up on your diagnostic skills. Great for med students and not bad for junior doctors either. The discussion at the end is really awesome, with references.
