Still needs work
All these years and this app still locks up my iPad. This seems to happen as it loads advertising while scrolling thru the articles. I understand ads are needed to keep costs down for subscribers (like me) But you think they would fix this so I use the app more. Frustrating…Zen0414
Zero customer support
I’ve emailed three times my Content will not download. I’ve done everything to try to fix it.
Though I will say they are very good at charging you every month even though this is the worst app ever. I live out of town. It’s the only reason I’ve put up with it so that I can read about the city I love but it’s time to cancel the subscription.Show lessParker 2727
App freezes
The content is great but the screen often freezes so you can’t scroll and have to close and re-open it. If that was fixed I would rate it 5 stars.Cc1145cc
App constantly freezes
The app will be working fine then in the middle of an article it will lock up not allowing any navigation. This happens repeatedly and requires you to close and reopen the application. This is terrible for a subscription service.Gregg75
Awful site
A third grader could have devised a better app. Only once in a while can I access a subscriber only article and it keeps bringing me back to a sign in page which doesn’t function. Spending way too much money for an inferior product.Kahuna 3
Terrible site
Second time I subscribed to read about all my fav Cleveland teams. But Every time I try to read a subscriber story, I have to sign in and even then it won’t let me read the article and keeps taking me back to the sign in page. This is the second time this has happened, same issues. So, for the second time, I’ll cancel my subscription. This app blows.Show lessOzereb

Local News section is gone?
What happened to the local news section? I used to be able to jump straight to the Sun section for my community to read the news there and now it looks like you’ve replaced it with a generic community news section that lists everything together. Greedy and not worth money
Used to be great content and now want to charge for mediocre content. This content has been free for many years and they want us to pay now because they can’t figure out their ad revenue. I’m gonna give a hard NO on that!buffangus12
