Great app but issues with unsubscribing

Hi Ryan, Our iOS subscriptions are using the same standards as other applications. If you have purchased through the iOS device, you have to cancel the subscription from the IOS device itself. 1. Access Settings in the home of your device; 2. Scroll down and tap iTunes Store and AppStore; 3. Tap your e-mail and Apple ID, View Apple ID and enter your password; 4. Now, tap Subscription - Manage and select CricHQ; 5. Turn off the auto-renewal option and tap Done. Apple now allows us to open a link directly to the manage subscription page through the web. So I'll look at adding an option to the application to make this process easier. Welcome new feature of match transfer
Just wish they add one more feature of scorecard edits on phone after match is uploaded.

Have to give one star- would give minus
It’s very unclear and uneasy to use
It’s very unclearly presented
It’s very sporadic (returns random results and different results from searching the same thing)
For some reason you have to pay for basic things that other superior sites (totalcricketscorer) give for free.
The statistics oracles are impossible to use and again very unclear
The profile function is far far more unhelpful and shambolic, it doesn’t really have any utility for the user.
No thought for the user in this app, and needs a complete rethink and redesign.

Hi, We had to add a subscription, no one was clicking on the adverts :) Everything else is free but full live view and vide. The subscription itself is very cheap. Some cricketing bodies have paid to remove the paywall in their country. The iOS application should have instant updates when viewing a live game. Pay to use it for live score after being able to use it for free??

This is my review after using it for a match. Found it would be good if I can see all the data including wagon wheel online. It should save all the live matches scoring online and should be able to score in web browser.

It's simply superb, the extent of customization is awesome. And live update gives a local matches an international feeling... Simply all what I can ask for and it's free!! Love it to !

Our subscription is very cheap, and in places like New Zealand, cricket governing bodies will cover the cost. The fees that clubs pay cover only their costs. This keeps their price down, but they have the option to buy subscriptions for their users. Garbage
Scorers unable to load games as systems are down often which leads to incomplete stats.
Worst of all now asking for payment to view live scorecards and content generated by the players. Unbelievable!

Very very poor
When using the app it often crashes, when checking the score, which when you are now paying to use isn't great.
As a result I've cancel my membership to get FREE access of the app, the best way to cancel your membership is to go to settings, sign in to icloud and then go in subscriptions to cancel and you do not get charged for canceling and you get the month free
