Could be better
Traveled from California and did a one day, two park trip and here are some key things that were missing on the app:
1) locations of toilettes
2) ALL vendor locations/options other than just ones to make reservations at - walked around for awhile while being very hungry.
3) like the app for the Anaheim park, the option to plan my day but checking what rides were open, especially because there were so many renovations or parts closed off.
Somethings I can appreciate are:
1) All crucial information about each ride was good since we had a toddler.
2) The wait times were very accurate.

The US apps are really better
Super disappointed from this app. Lagging, less functions and not a magical experience to use it. The French app should take the same technology as the US parks.
Can’t login
Updated app doesn’t allow me to log in anymore. Disappointing!
If I could give it no stars, I would.
I can’t believe all the money Disney makes and can’t even get their app to work. I’m all excited after buying tickets to Disneyland Paris and can’t even get a restaurant reservation started! Not only that, but when you go to look at what’s available, it shows you times, but then it tells you there’s been an “error” and to “try again later”. How annoying. Honestly Disney, get it together.

Can’t open app on iPhone 12 mini
I assume the Guardian of your privacy pop up is set for larger screens as u can’t scroll to accept to move off to the main menu. My daughter and I have the same phone and the same issue, so how do we access for Paris Disneyland? No idea
Great app for Disney Paris
Easy to use. for the most part, this app was pretty easy and accurate. It was helpful to know the wait times and shows and parades. The user interface might not be perfect but it got the job done. We had an amazing time at Disneyland, Paris.
Good app but never remembers your login
Logs out all the time requiring a tediously slow login process almost everytime you open the app
Needs to be much better
Crashes, inconsistent results. Ask for dinnertime reservations, it shows breakfasts.
Try to review a restaurant menu, it shows a blank screen
When booking a restaurant reservation, if it is at the same time as another one you have, the confirmation screen tells you that it will cancel the reservation that you have NOT selected to cancel.
Even though the app knows that you are staying at the hotel, it says you cannot book a dinner reservation until 2 or 3 months before even though you are supposed to be able to a year in advance.

Super Glitchy
The app was helpful to check the map and wait times for rides, however it shuts down and closes constantly while trying to check reservations. Would be much easier to use if it didn’t sign you out of your account every minute.
Sluggish and doesn’t stay signed on
This app needs some serious work. You are always one click away from the circle of death (or Micky of death in this case). Equally the app will eventually timeout or you’ll need to reboot it and then it has signed you out. Then you can spend the next 15 min trying to sign back in.
If it worked, this app would be amazing of course but it literally doesn’t work.
