I prefer a pure tone
I wish I could have heard app this before I purchased. I just want to hear the tone, so I can choose to listen to it at work or to sleep. I do not need or want someone talking. I looked, but did not find an account link so I can cancel my subscription. I don’t want to be charged next year.

Wish we could combine the tracks from all apps to create a playlist to listen to the all un-interrupted or by switching Apps.
Excellent Meditation
I highly recommend anything by Glenn Harrold. I have been regularly listening to his hypnosis/meditations for several years now. My 14 year old son has also been using several of his meditation sessions before bed, exams at school, and before hockey games. It has been incredibly helpful for his anxiety.

I love these so much
I listen to these every day. I don't do the guided ones very often more the shorter versions and just do my own focused breathing. I listened to the Third Eye "awake" the other day and was blown away by how good it was! I've had this for over a year now.
