  • Cannot change language!!

    I don’t speak German and cannot change.

  • Good, but language fix needed

    I like the Supercard and the app, but in a recent update the app has now defaulted to German and I can’t find any way to change it back to French

  • Language issues

    Up until a recent update I was able to set the language and although English was not an option I was able to select French but it seems that the language is now tied to the language set on my phone and defaults to German when English is the phones language ….. it would be great to get English as an option but I would settle for simply being able to choose French as I once was

  • Problèmes récurrents

    Je passe sur la question du langage qui est particulièrement agaçante dans un pays aux quatre langues officielles mais depuis quelques semaines, malgré une réinstallation de l’application, les points de s’accumulent plus et je ne peux plus transférer mes points en carte cadeau. Bref, une application qui ne sert pas à grand-chose en soi.

  • app only in German

    unable to change language! please add french as before!

  • App dropped language support

    A recent update to the app dropped support for languages other than German. The instructions on how to change the language now only take you to a page that shows your choice is Deutsch with no opportunity to change that.
    Disappointing that they removed previous functionality.

    Thank you for your message. We are already aware of the problem and it should be fixed in the next update. Until then, the language must be added in the IOS settings. Then it can be changed.
  • App now only in German

    The below instruction does not work!!! Unable to change language - not happy

    You can change the language if you press on "Mehr" and than in the tabbar "Einstellungen". There you will find the languages settings.

  • Recent update language problems

    I normally use the app in French, but after a recent update it has changed to German, despite all my settings and preferences being in French still. This is very frustrating and means I can’t use it properly

  • Langues

    Je ne vois que l’allemand sur l’appli… pas de français ou même d’anglais

    Nous vous remercions pour votre message. Nous sommes déjà au courant du problème et notre département informatique travaille dur pour trouver une solution. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour ce désagrément. Le problème devrait être résolu prochainement avec une nouvelle mise à jour. En attendant la nouvelle mise à jour, vous pouvez contourner le problème en ajustant l'ordre des langues dans les paramètres de l'Iphone. L'ordre préféré des langues devrait être le suivant : Anglais, Allemand, Français, Italien.
  • Stopped working

    The App just stopped working. All I see is a blank page. Tried to reinstall but still the same.

    please update your device to the latest available iOS operating system. If the latest operating system is iOS 15, it is possible that the error will continue to occur. In this case, please let us know.
