Great game concept. Thought it would be exactly the same as CC Soccer but I guess I was wrong. Keep up the good work!!
Fun Hockey Game
I've played most of the Chop Chop games, and enjoy playing them. This one is a lot of fun to play even though I'm not much of a sports gamer. You'll get a feel of the game by the training that's included in the game. The graphics are terrific and you'll be playing for what seems to be not long yet you've been playing for hours! What a great game!

Hockey Slayer!
In this action packed game you face off all those hockey legends! Sweep them to the floor as you skeet down the feild passing the ball and having a go at going for a goal!

While there are times where it feels more frantic than controlled, it never stops being fun.
Here's the problem - there's very little to distinguish between this and Chop Chop Soccer. Identical controls, and plays very similarly. Even the field/rink size seems identical. This ultimately feels like a re-skinned soccer with less friction. Still fun, but feels like deja-vu.

Awesome!!!
A very well implemented game, surpassing even chop chop soccer. Great controls, gameplay, and graphics. Slightly lags when you get a goal though.
Suggestion... Put bluetooth multiplayer in, and it would be one of the best games on the entire app store!!!

A fun game, but with controls lacking
This is a fun game, and it has an interesting art style. It looks good and runs smoothly. Also the camera view options work very well. The only drawback for me is the controls. Though its easy to your player around, in terms of passing, stealing and checking it often boils down to a simple matter of tapping in the general area and hoping for the best. Its still fun, it just seems to require less skill than it should.

Controls unfortunately hinder the game
I, myself, am a HUGE hockey fan and love to see any app/game hockey related enter the App Store. With that said, the hockey fan in me forces my expectations to be a bit high. I thought 2K Sports set the bar high with NHL 2K11, but this is NOT that type of game. Chop Chop Hockey has that nostalgic feel of the 90's arcade hockey games (NHL Open Ice, Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey, etc.) and it's just as fun as times. Unfortunately it seems as if there was about 5 minutes worth of effort put into the game controls. Instead of sticking with what's proven to work on the iPhone with the small d-pad on the bottom left, the entire screen is essentially the d-pad. The problem with this is that you have to move your finger over the entire screen to control the player and 75% of the time you can't see what you're doing cause your fingers in the way. Not only that but the shoot and pass controls work half the time. 50% of the time you'll pass when you meant to shoot and vice versa. Switching players is also sluggish. If Gamerizon can smooth out the controls and make them stable, this game will be worth the $0.99 download price. Unfortunately it would seem this is a limited time price tag and I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone at a higher price.

You can't stop chop chop!
Like the other games in the Chop Chop line up, the game excels at quick and easy fun without bogging things down with complicated rules and penalties. This is just down and dirty fun. Is it perfect? Nope. The control method, while easy to use, has my fingers covering up too much of the screen. Personally I'd like the option for a virtual analog stick down in the corner to keep my fingers out of the way of the action. I do like the tap to pass and flick to shoot controls, however, and find that a lot of fun. Overall, a fun casual hockey game.

Lots of fun
This is a fun hockey game with easy to use controls.
The AI in it isn't the smartest, but thats ok. Who wants to play a game where you can never score?
The only downside to this game so far is not even a real problem. The controls take some getting used to. Dragging your finger on the ice to skate will cause you to over-shoot your intended target frequently at first.
Once you master the finger controls, though, it's a really fun game.
