  • Great app for kids!

I love the fact that you added sound and videos. My daughter loves it. Great job keep improving.
  • Advertisement make it unusable for kids

The advertisements are right next to the "next" button which makes it difficult for small children to use the app.
Some of the pictures do not match the words.
The app has a lot of potential but needs some work.
  • Recent update

First, I really like this app. Good pictures, the voice is easy to understand, and I like being able to see both the English and Spanish words. That said, I see several errors on the vehicles card set. The "boat" picture has the English word said rather than the Spanish "bote" spoken. The card labeled "llanta" is pronounced as "rueda" and the picture for the card labeled "biplane" shows a hang glider.

Would give you 5 stars if not for the errors.

  • Good idea, bad execution

There is zero room for inaccurate information when learning a new language. This app has numerous instances where the word expressed does not represent the picture, or the spoken word does not come close to the given Spanish word.

I use Spanish daily, and thought this would be a neat app, but with mistakes in here, I could not recommend it.

If you do try to use it, you will learn the wrong word for a given object. Don't do it until they get the mistakes fixed.

Of course, you may not know if they are fixed unless you already know basic Spanish.

  • My Daughter loves this app

What I like best is that the pictures are of real items not cartoons. She goes into my phone and chooses this by herself. She repeats the words and has fun. Not quite sure why but I can't complain. I have never been a "flash card" parent and I bought this because there are limited Spanish kid apps but it turned out to be a great purchase.

  • Poorly made app

This app doesn't allow you easy access to utilizing the flash cards to learn. It allowed me 1 time to review and I wasn't even able to finish and it put me into the testing portion. Now all i can do is take the tests and that's it. I didn't even get to learn any Spanish. Therefore, I can't even learn anything from this app anymore. Yay!

  • Update fail

The update just wiped all of the pictures when I turn on the question part for all of the sections! I teach kindergarten and my kiddos use this app EVERYDAY! I guess they won't tomorrow... PLEASE FIX ASAP!
  • I would consider another app...

This app has great content, but if you accidentally hit an advertisement or close it, it does not remember where you were you were. You could be 25 flash cards into the lesson and the app launches as if you're opening it for the first time. So keep looking unless this inconvenience won't bother you or your little one. My little one doesn't have patience for that.

  • Full of mistakes

This app could be great if only the people that made it had knowledge of the spanish language...too bad! Spelling mistakes everywhere, confusing the dog for a cat, a nail clipper for a nail (the one you use with a hammer, clavo), the color orange with the fruit (anaranjado-naranja), etc...it seems as if ONE bothered to check anything, not even when next to the word Vaso there was the word GLASS in english, there are so many mistakes that it's not even funny anymore...not in a million years would i pay for the paid version...really too bad!

  • Wrong translation

I downloaded this to review for a class since I haven't taken Spanish in 6 years. I noticed at least one error. It gives the Spanish word for toothbrush and says it means hairbrush. Easy to fix, but would be confusing for children.
