    I like this app the best out of all the workout apps I've tried. Great video, great instructions. I only wish you could choose as many workouts a you want in custom mode. Otherwise terrific :)

    I play football rugby baseball and basketball and i love it its great and it works on my muscles and i do feel stronger when playing get it its awesome
  • More challenging than it looks

    I have been working out with the Bowflex revolution for several years at the intermediate level. This program worked some muscle groups that I had apparently been missing. This program is a good one to use as a variation of or an addition to your other weight lifting programs. A good cardio workout as well.

  • Needs some work

    Pretty good, but I think verbal prompts for reps would be helpful. There is a significant difference in the speed and number of reps for the left/right triceps extensions. You really can't watch some of the videos while doing the exercises.

  • Good but could be better

    Have been using this app for about ten days. It's good, but doesn't allow the user to select a particular exercise and review it before starting the workout. I do like setting up a custom routine and the reminder. Too early to talk about results, but it does work the arm muscles.

    Use this every day but you should be able to do reps. Also add some more exercises
