Leave a Review Daily Arm Workout
Great app - it works!
Got this app after using the abs one. This uses the same principle - a workout in just 5 minutes. Because this needs so little time, it's super easy to fit into the day - and yet it's still effective (well, it is for me...I'm starting back into exercise after a long break, so I'm basically totally out of shape). I started with the free version, but have now upgrade to the paid app (no ads + it's well worth 69p!). My advice - get it!Show lessGood so far
I'm barely getting into working out, has anyone gotten good results using these apps?Thank you
This is just what I need... Well presented and can be done In limited space with little equipment. Great!Excellent!
Love this app! It's a great arm workout. Convenient i can do it any time, any place! I highly recommend this whole series.Great workout
The exercises and progressions are well developed and exemplified. Improvements could include a timer for rest between exercises as well as some sort of indication of how many reps per minute are expected at, say, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Also, I would be willing to pay for a master app that incorporates all the exercises on the various apps in one full-body workout system.Show lessFive star
You can't go wrong with this app. I use it daily. Highly recommended!Simply GREAT!
Requires only a set of hand weights and gives a great, anytime, anywhere arm workout. Great for getting rid of flabby mum arms!Cool app
It is a really good app and u defo see the results!!!I love this series!
This one is great in that you really feel like you're working all the muscles in your arms. The only problem I have is with the reverse bridge dip. Perhaps my arms are not long enough. At
Length let's me down again. :(Great app
Think this is one of the most useful apps put there - a gym in your phone. Simply brulliant
